Default Camshaft position sensor HELP

I am trying to remove it from the bank 1 side but i cant remove the harness connector it wont loosen up any one have a idea.

All those connectors have a little latching mechanism that must be depressed to get it to disconnect. You can't just pull them off.

I just changed mine yesterday. You need to slide the tab in and then pull the harness off. I used a larged needle nose plier(sp) to pushed the harness off. Hope that help.

Push the connector pin IN towards the motor. Some clips, you need to depress them and some need pushed inwards like that one.

Bring it to dealer, its under warranty. Just got mines done.

changed both of mine last week. like the others have said, use pliers to depress the clip and the sensor will pop right off.
