Default curb rash fix

My 05 stock performance rims have quite a bit of curb rashes, long ones and short ones.
I've looked at : http://bmwtips.com/tipsntricks/wheel...uff-repair.htm and http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...d.php?t=112771 for curb rash fix.
To make it easier, can i just apply bondo spot putty on the rashes and sand it down and again, and spray paint? I took off the part where you have to spray primer.
I just want it to not look not that noticeable. I don't care if it completely disappears.

sencond question is, what is paint color for 05 performance stock rims?

There is no paint code for the stock wheels. GM Ultrasilver is the closest match that you can buy pre-mixed, otherwise you're looking at getting somebody to color match it.

Is this what I need? http://www.autobarn.net/ultra-silver-95-96.html

do you know if it's necessary to use primer before ultra silver paint?

I didn't have time to take more pics. There is A lot of curb rashes on other 3 rims.

BTW i have some kind of blue clay on my rim and it never disappears. I used my nails to get some rid of some of them but it's still there. How do i get rid of this thing that looks like clay? There's some more of this on my right fender that won't go away too

Blue dot is standard. It was on all four of my wheels when I bought the car new.

On the other places, I'd just remove any sharp edges with a jeweler's file, and not worry about them.

nono it's not the blue dot on the tire. Can you see the blue thing (clay) on the rims near the tire?

I'd guess that's a Quality Control stamp.
