I get the same problem and when try to take out the disc the buttons stick with all the problem Im having should just kept the IS-300 no problems what so ever.

 

I have the same problem. For about 30 minutes it does this every morning. I live in so cal so its maybe 50 in the morning when I leave right now but its really annoying. Im already trying to get new tires because my fronts are feathered and loud, the amp is under recall, grease on the windows which I understand is another known issue, and my brakes are gone at 16000 miles. I love driving this car but its really beginning to feel like a pile of junk. My dealer wont help so I filed a complaint with Nissan.
