Triptronic not working!...help

Hellow everyone I have an 05 350z and has about 68k miles on it my triptronic is not working at all just the auto idk what to do how can I fix this.. is it an electrican problem? (computer Problem). When I switch it to "manual it just drives normal... any ideas..

does your display shift from D to M?

No it does not it stays in D idk if its an electrical problem.. Can I just go tune the car or something I always drive on D and when I switch the M it doesnt do anything its just the same..
