hey guys,

have done alot of searching with no luck... my driver side window stopped working yesterday... im sure thats no surprise to alot of you!

A day before this happened though, i noticed when i opened the door, that the window seating feature( where the window rolls down and inch) wasnt quite working... i would have to push down on the window for it to go down to where it was supposed to be.. and it always went back up after i closed the door.. anyway i did the window reset with no luck.. than yesterday im guessing rolled it down with the key fob and later in the evening tried to roll it up and nothing..

so i did research and found you can clean the motor to temp. fix the problem..

i took the door apart in the hopes that i could achieve this.. well i got it done and tried to roll it up still nothing! but then i noticed that the driver side switch itself makes a loud clicking sound when i push up or down... this doesnt happen on driver side pass. button... so now im stuck!!

Got the switch to work i guess it had a bad connection, i used some Electrical cleaner sprayed it down and let it sit for a while( same stuff to be used on cleaning window motor)

but i've noticed that when i open my door the window still doesnt want to come down that inch like it's supposed to, once i push down on the window and close the door it'll roll back up... just not down, maybe motor is going out?? advice for this would still be greatful!!
