clattering noise 06 350z

This sound only occurs when the motor is cold but when its fully warm it goes away.
The sound ranges between 2-2500 rpm and its comming from the plenum spacer area/throttle line.
Also i noticed that the oil light will go on after i drop the rev putting it into Neutral.
Can anyone help or have any idea what this is.
