Just got my oil changed, usually do it my self but was feeling lazy and was told my serpentine belt is cracked. I was originally wanting to get the AMS pulley set but don't have the money and talked to a local Z shop that said they personally don't recommend it. If I wanted to swap out all my belts what would you guys recommend or should I just get OEM nissan ones or what?

I'd say just get the nissan ones unless, if you have aftermarket mods of any kind. Friend just bought them for nissan for his g35. Install was very easy. There's also in DIY on it here in the forum. When I bought my Z back in 09 of october ive noticed that nissan installed napa autoparts belts on it from the previous ownership. When im ready to change them ill be buying the oem nissan ones.

 

either OEM or gates belts.
