Default Noise from automatic transmission

When I change from park to reverse, take off from a stop, or it auto shifts down when slowing down, I can hear a sound like a click or something from what I am assuming is the transmission. It doesn't happen all the time, but every once in a while it will make the sound. I noticed it tends to make the sound more when I'm in manual mode. Not sure what it is. I'm planning on getting the trans fluid changed when I get my oil changed soon, but I don't know if that is the solution, seeing as I don't know what the problem is. Any input appreciated.

if its coming from the passenger side rear (kinda by the wheel), there's a tsb out for this. & if it's what i think it is, its not the transmission. the noise itself is harmless.

When I first heard it I thought it WAS coming from the wheel. But yeah I hear it from the passenger side rear.
