I have taken it to the shop and everything checks out fine. everything is fixable and only front end damage, perhaps minor suspension. but ill have to fix alot to make it drivable and take it in for an alignment to see what up with suspension

the only thing is the left driver side frame rail has a slow curve in it which displaces the tip of the beam about 1.5 inches more to the left (arrow)

its bugging me but something that shouldnt kill the car, im taking it to frame shop this week

i have already striped the car and excited to be fixing as much as it as possable by myself!

1.5 inch displacement on the front rail may not be salvageable. Usually frame repairs are measured in mm and a good impact would be maybe 10-15mm off or 20mm tops for repairs. 1.5 inches is 28mm whish is alot to pull back and have the rail not suffer any permanent damage. Maybe get a used front end?

thats why im worried. and i know what you mean but it is on the very end on the rail..like those mounting holes are pushed over that much, the amount of movement gets smaller the furthur in the car you go..and there is no bending to about 1.5-2 feet in.

i would understand if it was someplace eles but im just hopeing they can slowly pull/push it back into place mabe weld a peice of metal to prevent it from flexing left and right and to strength.

and what do you mean used front end? are those frame rails replacable?

good news!

got it to a autobody shop and i can get the frame fixed and true for just under 1000$
he is charging me for just the time

i have to wait until the rad support, headlight support and crashbar come in and most likely a new hood so everything can be fitted to have the best possable job.

also subframe (the part were there are engine mounts attached to the rails or whatever its called) might have to be replaced so im keeping fingers crossed

wish me luck
