hey so this just started happening about 3 weeks ago, i started my car twice by accident engine light came on, while driving about 15 minutes later i was stopped at a light, it turned green went to drive and had no power at all, and traction control said i was slipping. restarted the car and it went back to normal this has happened 2 more times since once while i was driving i lost power completely not even slipping or anything.
anyone know what could be causing this?

No idea honestly, but pulling the VDC fuse would help you reach a place that could diagnose/fix unless its something DIY.

ya i will try driving with vdc off for a while and see if that helps.
started my car twice means, it was started already i didnt realize it, so started it again..lol had been a long day

 

Wow, that's a really long day! Assume no SES light is on?

 

What size are your front and rear tires?
