Engine Overheating, Advice please..
Hello everyone, I have an 05 automatic enthusiast, my engine has been overheating. 2 minutes into driving it my C/H gauge starts acting up and 30 more seconds its all the way to the top "H". I just replaced my thermostat, and also let all the air out of the pipes. I don't know what else it could be. I replaced the thermostat 3 days ago and today its starting to act up again.
Any Ideas? I really wanna drive my car, any advice would be great!
P.S I wanna get this done today because its my only day off.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Sounds like air to me, too. You need to verify if it's actually over heating though, or if your sensor is lying, (external infrared thermometer or similar.)
Apparently it's extremely difficult to not end up with air in these systems and there are explicit instructions and lots of threads about it. Maybe I am just lucky, but by actually filing it as slowly as they say, (which is painfully slowly), I have never had an issue. (With the bleeder open and all of the other instructions, etc...)

Re: Removing rad.
Do a search for the factory service manual first as it has decent instructions. There is one available on here, I think. I can't recall too many specifics, but it isn't that hard. Remove that plastic engine shroud first, for sure. Duh, make sure it's cooled down. Get the upper and lower rad hoses off and have an enormous tray there to collect fluid that will continue to drip for a LONG time. Give those 2 plastic clips a half turn and lift it out very carefully as it's pretty fragile with the fins and all.
Oh, I suppose there's the fan shroud too. It has at least two electrical connections. You'll have an easier time if the front of the car is jacked up.
Sorry, I can't remember more as I'm sitting in an airport, but if this sounds too daunting, accept that you're in over your head now. Make sure you find that manual first, as it was a bit of help. If it doesn't look too hard, get into it and post any issues you have. I'll check back in the next day or so.

You can turn those two plastic clips all you want but if you don't first unplug and remove the fan shroud and second remove the two bolts attaching the AC condenser to the radiator, you're not getting it out. Do yourself a favor and find the service manual for your car for free online and follow the instructions listed in it for radiator removal.
