Window goes down when opening door

Window goes down when opening door

Replaced the window motor. After replacing, the window goes down a couple inches everytime the door is opened and will not go up when closing the door. I thought the problem was that it needed to be reset so I proceeded to try and reset it numerous times but to no avail. Same problem. Any ideas?
