Cool Hey guys need help with my z i just recently bought

Sup guys

So i came across a 2003 6mt 350z for a very reasonable price so i bought it. Only thing was that it would bog it in the morning, but then it would kick *** throughtout the day.

So then i took to the nissan dealership to get in inspected and i was told i needed a new motor because mine had low compression so there i go buying a rebuild motor with 80k on it, when my car has 89k.

Once my mechanic did the whole installation and the whole nine yards. My car continued to do the same thing.

So then i was told that my computer was bad so i had that replaced as well.

And now my car doesn't bog out in the morning anymore, but my engine does bogg out ( i lose power while driving, car and motor vibrate and poping sounds occur) about three times a day while driving, and my check engine light start blinking. I also hear poping coming out from my exhaust as if some misfiring is occuring. The code my obd2 scanner also reads is p300.

I have no idea what it can be, never had so many problems with a car before but i still love my z. If anyone out there can help, please do! I dont know what to do or to repair next. Should i get it tuned or something?

New computer, new motor, what else can it be?

Welcome. Take the car back to whoever installed the motor. He can evaluate the problem. I can not.

Misfire in cylinder 3. First guess a coil pack - either bad connection or blown coil. Second guess bad injector. When the SES light is blinking, it means the problem is occurring at that instant so it is an ongoing problem.
Also, hope you got a second opinion prior to installing that motor and computer?

Return to whom - the original seller or the shop that put the engine and computer in? First option is pretty much off the table, 2nd one is spot on.

When the SES light is flashing, it generally means stop RIGHT NOW and get the problem fixed.
