problem with my Z
Hi guys,
I have recurring problem with my Z 2003 since my purchase. When i want have some fun with, my engine block between 3000-4000 rpm even if i put the pedal into a carpet. The RPM block and it rises slowly.
Anyone have idea?
I check with Nissan garage and he detect no problem. I change my MAF sensor but the engine block less often than before. No sensor emit no code.
I think put OEM intake because i have a injen intake on my engine. And maybe TB change because one guy told me changed TB and this stopped problem. But it's true????
thanks,

hahah
Sorry for my english, i'm really bad.
It's just , sometimes my Z run like on the idle even if i crush the gas pedal. Must often between 3000-4000 rpm. Suddendly, it react maybe after 10 seconds.
I change MAf and i have a injen short ram intake but i think my Z don't like P-Flow. I change my filter for the OEM Box and the problem decreased by 20%maybe.
This problem is reccuring.

Do some routine maintenance: Check your plugs, clean your TB and IM(if you have time, don't forget to replace gaskets).
At idle, can you rev up to 4000 no problem? or does the engine just not respond at all?

K i can do this for maintenance but for your question. Yes i can rev up to 4000 rpm at idle with no problem. The problem happens when I ride with my Z. It cuts almost always more frequently when it is wet. That may be unrelated to my problem!
This is when I go for a walk and I want to have fun. I weigh the gas pedal and it responds to the bottom until 3000-4000 rpm where it looks like he works at idle (no power). Myself I already beat by a civic stock on the 1 / 4 mile.
Sometimes it never blocks and I'm going to have fun with my Z all day. It's really weird. Nissan did not find anything in 3 full scans.

For hesitation issues try the following,
-First do all of the relearn procedures, just in case someone played with the throttle body.
-Check the plugs, may not be a bad plug but they may give you a hint which cylinder is having a problem (also could diagnose to a problem coil).
-Check fuel pressure
