Unhappy Service Engine Light ON

So today while driving to work about 20 mins. into my ride, my service engine light turned on. I wonder what it could be and how can i fix it. In Jan. i did a tune up, oil change, trans. flush, diff. flush, oil filter, air filter and wipers. So i dont think i'm low on oil but once the car cools down, im going to check on that. I have no upgrades, my car is a 2003 touring 350z.

I'm worried that something really wrong happened and i cant afford to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Low oil would not turn on your check engine light. The first thing you need to do before we can help you is get the code scanned.
