I think he realized what "continuously" means..

Funny though I was having issues recently with a whining above 4000rpm and a loss of power. Then I realized my exhaust pitch changed (custom ypipe, single exit 3in no resonators). I ruled out all the mechanical bits. I thought SPL solid mounts were to blame and/or my diff was going bad. But after searching (lol) I realized that the subframe was rubber and it wasnt that. Realized it was underneath me and ruled out the heads. At low temperatures when air is denser you'll probably have an issue if you have a clogged cat, or two. I brought it to redline without wide open throttle and it threw a misfire code so you probably have a clogged cat. You won't have issues warm or at open throttle because youll still have enough flow to not mess with the computer, but not enough to make full power.

With that said, I'm replacing my cats next week at 98500 miles and running strong. Seriously Tek, Google, Dictionary.com, Fox News FTW.

Oh and urbandictionary.com (FTW = for the win)

Im suprised you have not made a video to demonstrate what you are talking about.

It could also be a slipping clutch. It could be a bad cam sensor. It could be a clogged cat. It could be a bad O2 sensor. It could be a combination of bad spark plugs and gas. Videos man, videos.

+1

Cats, O2 sensor, and plugs can be checked in an afternoon.

Default Please help

Hello guys

please help

I have sputtering and rpm hesitation after only warm up between 1000 to 15000 rpm

these results confirmed by driving long distance with every try just to confirm the results

vtc issue - the yellow marks in the pic

1 - disconnected both sides = issue gone

2 - disconnected right side only = issue gone

3 - disconnected left side = issue gone

4 - plugged both sides = got the issue back

Really want to confirm before I waste more and more money

My oil pressure is warm idle between 8-10psi , 2000rpm is around 38 psi , cold start around 80 psi

I am living here in dubai with weather temperature up to 43 degrees

I know the gallery gaskets needs to replaced but for now ,This sputtering will be fixed after I replace this vtc or the oil pressure will be the main issue? , I know and saw in groups some guys their oil pressure that 8 psi and they don’t have this sputtering

I have these couple of questions

do I need to replace the whole cover or magnet or variable valve solenoid ?

do I need to replace the both sides ?

thank you for any help
