Default Worst dealer experience yet!!--Pull to the right problem..what a JOKE!

listen to this B*LLSH*T!

My 350z wab bought at the end of june with a build date of march 03// the minute i drove off of the lot I felt the car pull to the Right! Then after 400 miles when i come to a stop from city driving the steering wheel tend to also (almost lightly jerk) to the right and the car follows to teh right with my hand off of it..At that point i had!!!

So go to the dealer, put it all in writing and sign it , they have the car from 8-5pm. I come in...they say" oh, it was your left tire it was way over inflated! I SAID IMPOSSIBLE..I check it every 2 weeks and it's 35lbs....so they stuck to that and said it was adjusted and tested no PULL!!! YEah right! I drove home, it felt a bit better but i was suspicious!, then i THOUGHT let me check the tire pressure....THEY PUT THE LEFT TIRE DOWN TO 30lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO PISSED! They just have no clue!!!!! and they said they have done this problem many times!..BULLSH8T!!!..THE CAR ONLY HAS 650 MILES! sorry for the long post, just wanted to share another story about lousy nissan service! If they can't fix this I will get a lawayer and make them buy it back, I don't need feathearing later when i will be driving the car only 2,000 miles a year or so
ANY SUGGESTIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED GUYS!! does anyone else have the steering wheel pulsating to the right ISSUE upon coming to a stop with your hands of off the steering wheel???

Some of the words you created are rather amusing to read...

You have 3 choices. Find another dealer, give your dealer another chance to fix the problem after talking to the service manager, or file a complaint with NNA. I personally would start with the original dealer and the manager. Just my opinion.

Default Build your case

If you are serious about the buyback you need to

1) Keep records. Document the problem and every time you give them a chance to fix it.

2) Keep bringing it back. Most states require some number of attempts to fix it (3 in many places). Document each visit.

3) Let them know you are considering the lemon law return. If the service guy seems unimpressed let the general manager know. That will get the service manager's attention.

4) Initiate contact with NNA and document that interration to.

-------

That said, have you tried just getting it aligned?

The lemon buyback thing is a royal PITA. You are much better off if they just fix it.
