Flooded 350Z
depends on how it was flooded, was the motor hydro locked, numerous questions you could ask. fresh water tends not to do damage to electronics just have to let them dry out
My car was flooded but it was partially due to my fault. But I got everything running good again.
How high was the water? Mines barely was high enough that it got the carpet wet. I quickly removed it and clean and dried. Not to much of the electronics were touched. Just disconnected everything and spray "wire dryer". Then use lithium grease on the connections.

I'd steer clear of it unless you can find out the details of the damage and how it was dealt with.
The car is heavily dependent on the electronics packages, and those are expensive in addition to the aggravation of having to deal with the problems that might crop up later.
