Default Cooling fans

I have a 2005 350Z Touring with automatic and have been concerned about the fans seeming to run quite a bit of the time. I had the motors replaced under the extended warranty but this did not solve the problem. Fans seem to run just about anytime but primarily after a long drive. I don't know if there's a sensor involved or if this is just normal and I just started noticing it. Car does not seem to be overheating as the temperature gauge stays steady when at operating. Just drove 600 miles today and everytime I stopped fan was running.

Umm, i think if you drove 600 miles today, that means your engine was probably working pretty hard, so id be grateful if the cooling fans were running overtime. lol.

But regardless, i think the cooling fans usually do run longer, because once the engines off the cooling pump turns off.
