Whats up with my horn?
The guy i bought my Z off of replaced the horn, it sounds really....gay. It's a super high pitched beep that i'm embarassed to even honk so I don't. I took out the fuse just so that when I wash it they don't honk the horn and make me look like a fool, haha.
Anyways, what did this guy do and any ideas of how to fix it? I asked my moms friend who's a mechanic I just don't know how much he knows and he told me to buy the OEM horn speakers off ebay, I did. Is that really all I need?
Thanks!

Those look like air horns, so there must be a compressor close by to drive them.
He probably cut up the OEM harness to connect it to the compressor, so you'll probably need that along with the OEM horns.
What is the model # on the Wolo horns? I'd be embarrassed, too, if they sound like the #403 set here:

If the previous owner left the connectors for the horns in place, you should be good to go. Otherwise you'll need to do some rewiring. You can see the circuit in section WW of the service manual.
alright cool! cause I saw the horns I have now had tubes and I was confused because I didn't see a place to connect the tubes into the OEM speakers but I guess the mechanic does know what he's doing. thanks man!
