Default My Dealer in GA changed my feathered tires with no fuss

Hey guys,

last friday after thanksgiving i take my car to the dealer to get an oil change and to complain about the tires feathering. I had about 13.5k on the odometer. I told the service advisor to check my front tires and to replace them because of the feathering. Sure enough he writes on his computer CHECK FRONT TIRES AND ADVISE. SUre enough i thought all they would do is rotate from left to the right and right to left. Later in the afternoon i called the dealer and talk to the service advisor, he says that he is not very happy with the tires and he is going to try to change them. He said that he tried to call NNA for authorization but they were closed on the weekend because of thanksgiving. So he said he will call them monday. Monday comes and he said he havent got approval from NNA yet. So i call on him on tuesday and he said they got the approval and it will take them 3 days to get the tires. So the next day, i got a call back and they said they got the tires and are putting them on and aligning too. I went to pick the car that evening, and sure enough i had 2 free tires and my wheels were not even scratched. I was worried about they would scratch the hell out of my rims since i heard you guys had some problems about that.
Just wanted to let you guys know that it was easier than i thought it would be.

Congratulations on getting the new tires but the problem won't go away. Nissan has just postponed the inevitable. The tires are not the problem, it's the front end that wears out the tires.
