Default Help with Brake Problem

I replaced the pads and rotors on the rear and the driver's side rear brakes make a smell and produce a crazy amount of heat. This does not happen all the time but it does happen. After the brake job when I first noticed the problem I took the caliper and pads back off and cleaned everything down and greased up the pins. This helped and no problems for a few days, then the smell and heat came back. It keeps coming and going, day to day. I have yet to hear any noise or feel any shimmys. Any ideas on what to try to fix? I am sure that I am quickly wearing my new pads and rotors. Thanks!

Did you bed-in the new pads/rotors?

Yes, I did. The passenger rear is fine, it is only the driver side causing the problem.

The piston is probably jamming in the caliper, causing the brake to drag continuously.
