Default Acceleration Noise? Tranny Problem? Video Attatched

I'm getting this noise in EVERY gear throughout all RPMs. Is loudest between 2500-4000. I had clutch work done about a month ago, new clutch and lightweight flywheel.

eesh thats a weird one. Plus im listening at work..
i cant tell if it sounds mechanical or if it sounds like a firing issue like detonation..

It almost sounds like a bad spark plug or maaybe remotely its a bad a coil pack.. have you checked to see if you have oil in your plug tubes?

That sound at those RPMs was what i had until it became louder and became rod knock from a bad bearing.
Yours sounds more muffled tho... does it run just as good but just has a noise? Or is it choppy at those RPMs too..

or exhaust leak... all that stuff comes off during clutch install.. you could have a gasket that finally died.

I lsitened again.. it sounds very farty... id doubt it has anything to do w rods etc.. dont fear. Check the exhaust leak issue and if not, jsut drive it by the local shop and see what they think. It should be done in a parking lot and should be free for them to give you an idea while just standing there listening for you.

No I haven't checked that. I'll have to take a look at it when I get home from work. It started about 2 weeks ago, and yeah it's just been getting louder and louder. The car doesn't seem to have lost any performance, but maybe feels a little more rough. Under full acceleration I can barely hear my engine sound over the noise.
