Default SES Light problem

I have test pipes and did the non fouler fix and it worked for about 2 months. Then the SES light came on, I check it. It was the oxygen sensor heater. So I cleared it and it been fine ever since. Now it just came on recently and when I go to check it, the scanner reads "No Link". I've tried this with two different scanners and same outcome. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been searching and can't find anything remotely close to my problem besides people saying check your fuses. Anyone?
