Got my estimate today and visited the body shop. $1700 damage and due to be in the shop on September 6th. They are the area's best shop and stay covered up... that's the reason for the month wait. The insurance woman drooled over my Z! Over the weekend I had the paint clayed, corrected, polished and waxed so the paint looks showroom new (my Z was also repainted by the previous owner for hail damage so it's new paint anyway). The adjuster could not believe my Z has 102k miles... she wanted to talk about the car more than looking at the damage! LOL!

The body shop ordered me a new oem Nissan headlight and had it shipped overnight that way I can pick it up when it comes in so I will be able to drive the Z until it goes into the shop for the bumper work in Sept. They are also ordering a new oem 06+ bumper with grill and reflectors since the 05 bumper and 06+ bumper are the same price.

The body shop manager wanted to talk about it just like the adjuster, how long I've had it, mileage, how it didn't look like it had 102k miles, looked showroom new blah blah blah LOL! and then he looked at my Z and said "Girl... you gettin a face lift!" HAHAHA!

All in all I am very happy with the outcome and once again Nationwide has done good by me.
