clutch or slave cylinder?.... or what?...

I notice that in the morning (when I experience these issues) if I pump the clutch pedal quite a bit, I don't have the issue of not going into gear. Could it be the clutch master cylinder? That seems to be the only thing that I haven't replaced lately
