Default Leds cruise control

looked through some threads and I cant seem to find the answer im looking for but it did help me pin point some more things. I had leds in the back. I think it caused my cruise control to not work. It goes on, but the set light keeps blinking. Also I don't have all the power I should on cold days. I changed the lights back to stock, but I still have the lose of power and cruise control issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I know there is an issue with some LED tail lights that require the addition of a resistor, otherwise the car thinks the brakes are being applied, hence the power loss. If you re-installed your regular lights correctly, then the problem should go away.
