Default door dinged today. is it fixable?

ok so i dont know how, i park in the corner and walk hundreds of feet to my destinations, but some f-ing moron opened their door into my bright orange sports car. it left a very small dent behind the door handle on the flat part of the quarter. its so small i dont know if a suction cup pdr would work. its small enough that the point of my index finger covers it. the pics dont even show it.
my question is can a dent be too small to do a paintless dent removal on?

Moved..

Not sure if a PDR can fix that, I don't see how they would be able to insert their tool into that portion of the car.

You might be able to get to that by removing the panels inside the car... I've never tried.

If they can get the tools in there, PDR can take care of it. If not, you can still have it pulled out by a body shop but that means they'll have to drill a hole, insert the tool, pull the dent out, close the hole, and prime/paint it.

hah that would be overkill for this little dent. if i had it painted i would just have em fill it with filler/bondo. actually i would do it in a year when im out of collision school. i really dont want to paint it. anyone know if you can get there from the inside of the car by tearing out the seats and stereo?

For small dents, they use a type of hot glue material to attach a spherical tab inside the dent. This is connected to pulling device and as long as the dent is fairly smooth sided (no sharp creases) it comes out easily. The type of glue used comes off without damage to the paint.

If you want it done right, use a good PDR guy. You've only got to pull twp pieces of interior plastic; first the strip at the base of the door threshold, and then the one which covers the seatbelt retractor. Two minute task.

I actually own one of those hot-glue dent pullers, Works well on larger areas where the metal is pushed in, but not creased. Door dings are usually too sharp, and the metal has to be "massaged" back into shape.

The interior panels really do come out easily. Just get your fingers under the edge and pull straight towards yourself. No tools required.

Take it to a paintless dent removal place, they use a hot glue gun with pull tabs and a slide hammer to pull it out. Does not hurt the paint if it's original oem paint.
