Default High idle speed HELP

so a coulple weeks ago i got caught in a really bad rain storm, engine wouldnt rev over 2500... anyway i left it in the garage that night and started it up everything was great for a week or two.
this isn't my daily driver so it hasn't been driven a whole lot in the past couple weeks.
i have a cold air intake installed and was installed when i got caught.
anyway.... i now have an ses light on...
high idle speed.
any help resolving this issue would be awesome...
I have rims coming form japan and am going to be ordering an exhaust soon.
hope im not looking at a new engine or anything.
ive cleaned the throttle body and mas air flow sensor.
cant find any vacuum leaks.
tried ressetting the ecu and all of that stuff but it still idles at 1100.
2005 350z roadster 6 speed, redline...
thanks so much for any help!
