I accidentally ran over some parking bumpers and now I think I'm leaking fluid from one of three hoses behind the passenger's side wheel well on the bottom of the car. Here's a picture of the hoses, does anyone know what they do? The fluid that is leaking out doesn't seem to smell like anything in particular, and had a consistency similar to water.

brake lines or fuel line. Leaking either is no bueno.

No other fluid runs in a line to the rear of the car on the under side.

Oil, coolant stay up front.
Wiper fluid is run internally

 

does it feel slippery?
You have anything painted that you dont care about? Smear some of the fluid on there and report back in 15 min to see how it looks.

You would know if it was gas by the smell.

 

It does not feel slippery and def does not smell like fuel. I'll try the paint thing when I get home. Thanks so much.

 

That's where the drain for the AC evaporator coil comes out, so it might just be water.

A leak in the brake system wouldn't take long to drain the master cylinder, since the pressure is so high. The pedal would probably feel different, too. A fuel leak would have a distinctive odor.
