Brembo Brake Hop

I recently did a oem brembo swap. They were off an 05 z. The previous owner had them paired up with slotted rotors ( no idea what kind). The only modifications I did were trimming the rear brake shields, picking up ss lines, motul 600, and hawk HP + pads ( extremely noisy). In the past two months ive twice encountered a "brake hop" in the right rear during right turns with semi-strong braking (not sure if it would do the same during a left turn). It just feels like the car experiences a jerk. Any idea what this could be? Could they not be installed correctly? Do the nameless used rotors need to be swapped for new ones due to warping? It is a very curious problem seeing as the week i installed them i went to streets of willow an didn't experience this problem after smashing on the brakes.
side note:
WHY ARE MY BRAKES SO NOISY?!? I know its due to the HP + pads i have but the noise level should have diminished some after doing the break in. Could this be a clue to the "brake hop"?
Thank you for all the input. I really dont want this to happen at the track. I think that would be very dangerous.

Did you do a proper "bedding in"of the brakes? Along the lines of this...

I can't help you on the jerking you're describing but as far as the brake squeal, you can't avoid that with the HP+ pads. You'll just have to deal with the noise, sorry. I recently put the HP+ on mine and was surprised at how much squeal it had, also. All for the performance, I guess.

Which components are you suspecting? The rotors or the calipers?the calipers, lines, pads, seem to be doing their job well. The only
thing I would Think could be a problem would be the rotors.

My what I mean when u say I brake during a right turn, I dont mean it in the track sense of it. I mean as I'm making a gradual turn it has jerked twice. As for the conditions of the rubbers and pistons I have no idea. Nor do I have the skill set to take them apart. I know there is a online store that sells a rebuild kit. I think it was the nismo shop??
SharX59- This might be a complete LONG SHOT, but thought I would add this since It hasn't been brought up yet.
I just installed a Wilwood BBK setup on my Z 2 days ago & had a Horrible sound happen when I initially started the bedding in procedure.
I would hit the brakes & it sounded like the rear end of the car had a loud harmonic vibration to it. like a VVVVVBBBRRRRR noise. Mine was really loud even @ walking speed.
I ended up releasing all of the parking brake tension inside the tophat on the rears. There's a 6th hole on the top hat that allows you to adjust the drum brake pad distance from the inside of the top hat. When you put that whole @ the 12 o clock position you can see a little gear. lifting up on the gear teeth with a flat head screw driver pulls the drum brake pads closer together.
I guess the ID between the Stock tophat & my Wilwood tophat were different. Once I did that the noise went away. The drum brake pad was touching the inside of the top hat as I hit the brakes.
It kind of sounds like the sound you're describing, so I thought I would chime in & might be worth giving it a shot, just to see. Just be careful because you're messing with the parking brake. I don't want your Z to go flying down a hill or something.
