my right rear signal light isn't working i changed out the bulb with the old front signal bulb that i had in my garage, still doesn't work.
From the tach, it blinks really fast.
How do i go about fixing this problem that might have in the harness?

next to the driver's foot rest area? no i haven't.
what's the name of the fuse that i should be looking at?

 

Yes, the fuse box by the foot rest.
Im not sure which fuse it is off the top of my head but Im sure theres a diagram written on the cover lid of the fuse box.
