Default signal light not working

my right rear signal light isn't working i changed out the bulb with the old front signal bulb that i had in my garage, still doesn't work.
From the tach, it blinks really fast.
How do i go about fixing this problem that might have in the harness?

bump for help. My right rear signal AND front left signal don't work.

Yes, the fuse box by the foot rest.
Im not sure which fuse it is off the top of my head but Im sure theres a diagram written on the cover lid of the fuse box.
