Default help clutch making high pitch noise

I was driving down and mid shift my 04 350 stalled out of nowhere I turned it on and kept driving and every time I hit the clutch it made a high pitch prolonged beep and the car would shake like it was going to stall, I parked and hit the clutch and I could swear I saw smoke coming from the engine. Any ideas what is happening?

sounds like throw out bearing came apart. It can cause other damage to the clutch pressure plate, drive as little as possible and try not to use the clutch, just power shift.
trans has to come out and a new throw out bearing installed possibly a clutch depending on how much u drive it.
