Default Studdering startup, low/rough idle... help?

tonight something extremely weird happened... i get into my driveway and i put it in park and it starts studdering and the tac starts jumping up and down from 100 to 1k like crazy.. it almost cuts off and its shaking the car really bad. i got a quick little iphone video of the startup. **please ignore dumb comments made by my dad & girlfriend haha

(specs on my car)
2004
automatic transmission
68,000 miles
1/2 tank of gas in the vid
oil was changed last week
full bolt ons with NO tune

the other night i installed a new AEM cai and a buddy of mine dropped the MAF, but it didnt have any noticeable damage, but could it have done something? i installed the intake on friday and its been completely fine until now which is why i dont think it has to do with that. could this just be the result of a really lean condition??

please help!

Disconnect the battery and inspect the maf again. Re-inspect the cai, check your hoses. Leave battery disconnected, let the ecu reset itself.
