Have you doubled checked all of your connections to sensors? Also, you may want to check and make sure that no wires came loose from the backs of the plugs themselves.
Why would you think it's not getting gas unless you disconnected the fuel line? It's more likely you've left sensors or other connecters unplugged or even worse - you've plugged them to the wrong things.
okay update really quick i found out that it was the battery ground that was causing it to not start, but now its misfiring & it sounds like a subaru... theres only two cables that could have gotten mixed up on that harness & ill try that out tomarro but otherwise im 100% positive that the rest of the cables are fine
okay so today it spit back the code p0300 random misfire. only thing i could think of is that maybe i accidentally cut one of the wires in the harness, which is not very likely cause i was being very very careful with it. when i drive it it backfires loud

As mentioned above, sounds like improper connections or loose wires on the connecting plugs -
It's a lot of work, but you'll have to back track and double check everything to make sure that it is correct. I saw that you bumped the thread, but I'm not sure that anyone else is going to give you a magic answer for an easy solution. If you aren't sure of the connections, you'll have to take it to a trusted shop in your area so they can trace it out, test voltage/resistance on the plugs, check for any disconnected wires, etc.

Time to bust out the FSM and DMM.
Start by isolating any sensors, plugs, and wire looms that will affect spark OR can cause code P0300. These could be the cam position sensor, injectors, O2 sensor, EGR system, ignition coils, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and even a problem in the ECU itself. First things first, test the cam position sensor (CPS). Since your car won't start and the CPS can cause a no-start condition this would be my first place to check. Test at the sensor itself. If it tests good, then move to the ECU and test the CPS again at the ECU. If it tests bad, then it's a problem in the wiring. Repeat this for every sensor and/or plug you messed with, starting with the CPS then moving to the ignition system (coils and plug wires), then to lesser plugs/sensors. It's in there somewhere. It doesn't have to be a sliced wire, either. As someone above mentioned, it could be a loose pin or a wire that got pulled on. It could even be a loose plug, or dirty connection. I haven't done a tuck on the Z, but I know on Hondas there are 2 plugs that are extremely similar and lead to a similar location. They're easy to swap, and the car won't run right. This could also be your problem. If you find a plug that gives a reading at the plug/sensor but not at the other end of the harness, check other wires for that reading. You may have something swapped.
Good luck. Report back if you have any more issues.
