This slight single 'clink' noise can be heard when accelerating very slowly from a stop. A little research and it looks like a TSB was issued regarding some grease needing to be applied but involves removing rear axle drive shaft.

I am afraid to ask the dealer how much labor cost is, has anyone had this repaired out of warranty?
