Fuel pump DIY thread?
Hi guys,
I'm new to your place, my usual forums for the last 10+ years have been related to LSX powered vehicles and sometime on the Ford side as well.
Ive got a buddy with a 04 Z with twin Greddy driers on it whose fuel pump recently gave out. He purchased a replacement pump which I am helping him with. I found the how to for the fuel pump portion in Alldata but I need to access the trap door first. Ive done some searching on Google and your forum for a how to and all I've found is that almost all the interior needs to come out (!!!) but I cant seem to locate a how to. I don't want to break any of his interior panels so I was hoping you could point me in the right direction

There is a technical article in the CJ motorsports website on how to take the fuel pump out for upgrade purposes; you can probably use the same article for a simple pump swap:
