Default 2008 350z center gauge pod problem

Hey guys it has been a while since I've been on the forum.

I noticed recently that the three center console gauges in my 2008 350z are damaged. The gauges themselves are technically fine but the transparent plastic pieces that you look through to see your multi-computer, battery voltage, and oil pressure have been damaged. It looks like someone (possibly my dealership?) sprayed a chemical that was too harsh on them to clean them and they have partially melted where the drops were sprayed on. I am a detailing nut and have only ever cleaned my upper dash with a warm water soaked microfiber towel which I doubt could have caused this.

Has anyone ever had this issue? Is it possible to replace just the clear plastic part? I'd really appreciate any advice.

Thanks and enjoy the weekend,
Drew

The plastic piece does come off but I don't expect there would be a part number for it. You might check at slidegood.com for a used unit to replace yours.
