I m living in Qatar and driving 350Z. I bought it 4 months ago. its 2008 model A/T. my problem is, 1 month ago my car starts misfiring. I changed the spark plugs and it stops. 6000 miles later it starts misfiring again and i went to an express service and we checked the cylinders and number 4 and 5 was misfiring. I changed the ignition coils for those cylinders. Now my car seldomly misfiring when i start the engine for 30-40 seconds. It doesn't matter if the engine is cold or warm, it misfires. And Sometimes i feel performance loss like 1 second slower then before when i try 0-100, and also 100-200 it is much slower then the normal performance. My car is stock, no modifications. Do you have any idea that what might cause that problem ?

 

Coil packs hooked up in the right order ?

Hmmm timing related? Check valve shims?

Idk but you should never trust the stealership they only care about ur money not u did the problem occur shortly after there work ?
