Default RPM's skipping or going too fast between gears?

So, driving my 04 350z roadster touring last night, I decided to press on the gas in 6th gear and noticed that instead of it taking a little to get to 65 mph, my rpms went from like 2k to like 6k really fast, then after I smelt that burning smell you smell when you first learn how to drive stick haha. Seems like my fly wheel or clutch is doing some weird things. Suggestions? I am taking it to Nissan tomorrow morning. What is odd is that I changed the belts about a month ago and changed the oil, spark plugs, etc... so HELP wtfff..
