Anyone know if you have to remove the current paint before repainting? I have an 04 daytona blue and I'm getting the exact same problems. No garage and tropical sun 24/7/365 has not been kind to my car. Just wondering if the fading undercoat will affect the new paint in the future?

Problem solved.

Fortunately T&L Autobody saved my paint by applying a new coat of clear and a tint of red to cover some white spots. Now it looks brand new.
