Hi all of a sudden my driver side window goes down like a quarter of the way if I try putting it all the way up. I have to hold the switch up for a good second or longer for the window to stay all the way up. Also when it is all the way up when I open the door it doesn't lower alittle bit like it used to. Any ideas?

 

Did you search? This is a problem that pretty much all Z's will have. Window motor needs replaced. You can DIY if you want to save some money.

i got the same problem today i turn the window up like before and this time the window go down by it self like half and then i try it 2 times same so im afraid WTF
need help??

 

I read it somewhere that its a setting. It's basically made for smokers to keep the air out so they don't forget and choke. It's weird, but if u wanna reset it, u have to take out the door panel and there's a reset button on the window motor itself. The reset procedure can be found on the net.
