Default Flooded in a rain storm

Car still starts all i need is a new bcm. The question I have is when I get the new BCM, will it need to be reprogrammed for my set of keys.

Default Flooded in a rain storm

My 350z was recently flooded out in a rain storm. I have stripped the interior and got all moisture out of the car. The only noticeable problem was the BCM. What else should i have checked out or check out. Everything works fine with the new BCM but is there any other things i should have checked out. The water was as high as the seats inside the car. Engine didnt take on any water. I wasnt about to start it and try to move it, water was already too high....

Probably need to disassemble the intake system, the manifolds, drain the exhaust, etc. The car may always have gremlins after that. Maybe rust, if the water had salt in it.

no salt water thank god, exhaust and intake manifold is all good and dry, i did pull all wiring harnesses from the car and made sure all connectors were dry as well. think im going to drain all fluids tomorrow including oil just for safety measure.. No check engine light at all neither

From firsthand experience, I'd recommend removing the battery and tray to see if water got trapped underneath. I had this happen to mine after the car sat nose up on a hill for a week of heavy rain. Caused a lot of problems. Pull the cover off the IPDM and check for water intrusion. If so, disconnect battery and spray electrical contacts with 'electric parts cleaner and add some diletic (sp?) grease.
