The fuse looks fine now, all of them do

Looking for this fuse on my 2004 nissan 350z enthusiast as well (I do have the fender liner) but my passenger side low beam and marker lights have stopped working. I purchased the replacement D2R bulb but that did not correct the issue.

I’m having an issue of my left side low beam not working and I replaced the ballast, bulb igniter and the fuse. And it’s still not working

I would try checking for continuity across all the wires at the headlight and connector harness to make sure there's not a break somewhere in the wiring. Also, check the grounds and the voltage coming from the BCM.
