Clutch slave cylinder
How do I check to see if the clutch slave cylinder is bad. My pedal goes to the floor and stays there until pulled up. I think there is a chance it's my actual clutch as the car has 97000miles. I already posted my main problem, was just wondering if there is a way to rule the slave cylinder out.

Most likely the master , but check the fluid level first. If you see low fluid , check the master and slave for leaks. If not rebuild the master. The rebuild kit is cheap $15 and simple to do , I would also rebuild the slave for the same price , it is even easier. Thee kits are available at www.nissanraceshop.com , talk to Scott

Does your pedal slam to the floor after a certain point or is there still resistance when you push it in? If it slams to the floor it may be a broken clutch pivot ball, I just went through that.
I hit 100k and just changed both the master and slave clutch cylinder and flushed the fluid, rather do it all then just one at a time and possible pay more later. After that, it's like brand new again.
