I was getting off the highway into an exit, a big C exit... I saw my e brake come on for a split second then disappeared, 2 second later all my lights came on that usually do when you first turn the ignition key. few seconds later and I would of gotten caught in the turn, luckly I had enought vacum power from the engine to slow down and I turned it on again.

need your help guys

I don't have any input aside from a similar story in a mkIV Jetta. I was driving on the freeway, minding my own business, cruising at a constant speed. Suddenly, the car shuts off... O_o I put it in 'N', turn the key off then back on - the car starts up. Put it in 'D' and continue with my drive. Never happened since and never had any issues with that car for another 9 months before selling it Sorcery.

What intake do you have on?
