That's a lot of stuff.
If your steering wheel isn't straight you have a front end alignment issue. Either it's out of alignment, or the tech that did the last alignment didn't set the wheel completely straight before performing his work.
As for replacing the steering wheel, I wouldn't do it on a street car. You don't want to lose your airbag. And I'd want to keep cruise control and the radio controls.
As for the clutch travel and height, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do. AFAIK the clutch pedal will sit just as high even if you change out the clutch. You can get a small amount of height adjustment with the RJM pedal kit: http://www.rjmperformance.com/350z--g35-kits.html But if you concentrate on lowering the pedal height you'll probably give up the other benefits of the kit(widening the engagement window).

Thanks for the info
The steering wheel I rarely use cruise and I dont have radio controls the only negative is no airbag.. But I have all winter to decide about this.
The clutch when people put in aftermarket clutches the pedal always has shorter travel and of course a more narrow engagement window. I drove a 350z with a jwt clutch and thats exactly what it did.

Car came back from bodyshop front end looks great hood, fenders, bumper. If your in Newbrunswick make sure you check out Henry's autobody in Shediac.
Started adjusting the RJM clutch pedal still not sure where I should set it yet but its a big improvement over the stock pedal absolutely. As for my previous post I was over tired and that top bolt really is a bast@ard though.
Once the roads are clear the car is going for the new deck.
After that all that is left is the Tein lowering springs, a diff brace and Osiris Tuner I'm in no rush for the tune though as I'm not sure when my local shop starts tuning.
I have been eyeballing a set of Varrstoen ES1's though.
Anything else you guys suggest for maintenance? I'm thinking bushing but I don't feel like doing it..
Thanks to Mike@CZP for all the help and parts make sure you guys give him a call if you need anything hes EXT 370

Installed the ART Pipes, Zspeed undershroud, and SPC Camber arms.
I was going to put my new belts on but they were too long so I looked closer I have an Unorthodox Racing pulley I never knew I had this since I bought the car.
I read these are bad and some people say they are good so should I leave it or put an OEM one on.

Polishing up headlights, best I can get it without replacing them. They're cracked =(.
I used Meguair's ultimate compound on a Porter Cable 7424 if anyone is trying to clean up headlights.
