Power window fixed by battery change?
So, the passenger side window on my '08 has been dead for a few months, doesn't even move down/up when I open/close the door. Tried the reset procedure, to no avail, and I've been too lazy to take it in to the dealer for a warranty repair. But, this past weekend the battery died and I replaced it with a new one. Car had no voltage for a few hours while I went to Walmart for the battery. Now I'm surprised to find the window works perfectly again. Did the battery change reset something in the window motor or ECU?
When the window stopped working I read quite a few threads about this issue, but don't recall seeing a battery disconnect as a possible repair. Sorry if this is a repost of something I missed.

I have an 04 that would do the exact same thing and when I had the battery disconnected to put in a new system it all of a sudden worked. I thought it was a wiring issue in my drivers door but I guess not still waiting for it to stop working again.
