Recently i noticed that my headlights would randomly flicker, only momentarily, its almost like they were switching off and back on but it would only last a second and they would come right back on. i havent had any time to look into it but im just worried that they would shut off completely while im driving. If this is a fuse problem wouldnt they turn off completely, im thinking that it could possibly be a problem with the headlght stalk on the steering wheel, but i have no idea where to start, any suggestions?

car is 04 base with oem halogens

 

First thing I'd check is the connections to the bulbs.
