Default High idle / sticking throttle

I was out of town for a good while (2 months to be exact), and came back to drive my Z (04)
The battery had died from I assume sitting for so long without use, so I had to jump start the car.
I decided to take the car out for a drive to charge up the battery, and noticed that the throttle was delayed once I took my foot off the gas.
It seems as if the throttle body is slightly sticking cause it to idle high and during driving hold idle for a second, then drop down once you take your foot off the gas, or clutch.

Anyone every experienced this? Nothing was changed or messed with under the hood, besides having to jump start it

Clean out your throttle butterfly valve with some Valvoline Throttle Cleaner/Lube. It only takes a few minutes.

Figured that since the car had been sitting for so long, and that the battery died, the TPS, and ECu needed to be reset.
Did the "pedal dance" and set everything to do the relearn process, and the throttle response and overall driving characteristics are better than ever.
